1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, including single-player modes, global leaderboard submission, and real-time multiplayer directories, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Embedded Messaging System Guidelines

Our integrated retro Chat/Messenger client is designed to facilitate friendly competition and casual interaction. By signing into the messenger client, you agree to abide by the following conduct codes:

• Prohibited Conduct: You may not transmit any abusive, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise offensive messages. Promoting commercial software, links, or spamming chat channels is strictly forbidden.
• Synthesized Buzzers / Nudges: The "Nudge" command, which shakes the recipient's viewport and triggers a sound notification chime, is intended to alert inactive friends. Spamming the nudge feature to deliberately disrupt another user's gameplay is considered harassment.
• Moderation & Termination: We reserve the right to revoke your temporary Player ID and ban your device from accessing the chat lobby if these messaging guidelines are violated.

3. Peer-to-Peer Matchmaking Logic

Our multiplayer lobbies offer competitive card game matching. The matchmaking system matches players in real-time. By utilizing the multiplayer matchmaking service, you agree to:

• Fair Play: Exploiting software bugs, using third-party card-solver programs, or hacking the game state to submit false times/scores to the global leaderboards is prohibited.
• Lobby Conduct: You may not use offensive, hateful, or discriminatory names as your multiplayer display initials or display name.
• System Availability: Because the peer-to-peer matchmaking relies on real-time connection logic, we do not guarantee constant network uptime or uninterrupted connection stability. We are not liable for lost game progress due to connection drops.

4. Intellectual Property and Disclaimers

The visual assets, layout grids, sound chimes, and retro theme elements are recreated in the spirit of classic 90s computing. Solitaire Online is an independent web application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Microsoft Corporation. The games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
