4. Scan for Trapped Matches
Before making a move, look at the cards buried deeper in the pyramid. If you see a 6 trapped directly underneath a 7, you are in trouble. You will eventually need to pair those two, but one is blocking the other. You must find another 7 in the stockpile or elsewhere on the board to free that 6 before it is too late.
